Cancellation Policy

  1. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
  2. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a no-show, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.
  3. The cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the missed appointment.
  4. Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be considered in case of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Clients must provide supporting documentation within 48 hours of the missed appointment for review and consideration.
  5. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment are encouraged to do so within the specified cancellation notice period to avoid any charges.
  6. The cancellation fee is non-refundable.
